It is the time of year for caramel popcorn and this is an easy and tasty popcorn just in time for Halloween or any fall events! ENJOY!
1Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil five minutes; remove from stove and add baking soda and salt; stir in. Pour over 15 - 20 cups of popped corn in 2 - 3 roasting pans. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely and package. Be sure to stir every 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
