Candied Popcorn crunch

1/2 c
peanut butter, crunchy
1/2 c
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
10 c
popcorn, popped approx. 1 bag
6 oz
chocolate chips, melted
6 oz
white chocolate chips melted
1 c
salted pretzels, crushed

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine sugar, honey bring to a boil, boil approx. 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until smooth and add vanilla.
Pour over popcorn mixing to coat popcorn evenly.
Spread on a wax paper covered sheet pan.
Drizzle with melted chocolates and sprinkle with crushed pretzels. Store in an airtight container.
Bag up in cellophane bag for gifting.
