1 lb

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb

butter or margarine
3 c

plain flour
1 tsp

tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp

cayenne pepper

How To Make zesty cheese straws

Combine all ingredients and mix well. You can use pressure cutter or roll with rolling pin and cut into strips. (Cheese should be at room temperature.) Bake at 275 F to 300 F. for 10 minutes until golden brown.
