You could substitute extra-crunchy peanut butter for the almond butter and leave out the almonds. Dried cranberries are good instead of the cherries.

    old-fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    almond butter
  • 1/2 c
    toasted almonds
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    dried cherries
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How To Make trisha's bites

    Pulse all ingredients in food processor until fully combined. Refregerate 30 minutes.

    Form about 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough into balls, Chill in refrigerator about an hour.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
