Simple Sunflower Seed Granola

Ingredients

3/4 c sunflower seeds
1 1/2 c oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 c ground flaxseed
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c almonds, slivered
1/2 c shredded coconut, unsweetened
3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/3 c raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

I found this recipe on the Clean Eating website.....SOOOO GOOOD!

I made this last night. It is really good. Bake it on a sheet pan (cookie sheet with sides). I did it in a 9x13 dish, had to mix it up and put it back in for another 20 minutes. I will be making this over and over with some change ups. I added a handful of raw cashews. LOVE IT!!!

Melanie B ~ I'm glad that you liked it! Cashews would be a wonderful addition!! Yumm! I'm not a fan of the cranberries so much in this recipe.. I may leave them out the next time I make it. Thanks for commenting!
