Ingredients

QUICK PIZZA SAUCE

1 tsp
olive oil
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 1/2 c
tomato sauce
1 tsp
italian seasoning
sugar, salt,and pepper, to taste

PIZZA PREP

1 c
quick pizza sauce, recipe above, or prepared pizza sauce
1
pizza dough ball (about 12 oz)
1 medium
roasted red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 c
chopped broccoli florets
1/3 c
fresh or frozen corn, thawed, drained and patted dry
1 1/2 c
(6 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c
shredded (4 oz) fontina cheese
20 -24 slice
pepperoni
grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread the sauce over the crust.
Add pepperoni and veggies. Top with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden on edges and cheese is melted through.

Tip:
I made this pizza ahead of time and froze it with all the toppings right on top. When I baked it, I put it frozen in the oven and it took about 4-5 minutes longer than from fresh. It tasted great.
