In a large bowl, Combine flour, oats, brown sugar,baking soda, and salt; Stir in butter. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Pat remaining oat mixture into a 9 inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
