My Family Peanut-Butter-Cream Easter Eggs

I make these every Easter for family and CLOSE friends.These and my coconut butter cream ones are so amazing,you will never enjoy the store made ones after tasting these!

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
creamy good brand peanut butter
1 c
unsalted butter at room temperature
4 c
10 x,confectioner=s sugar
12 oz
good chocolate chips,i use milk chocolate for these
1/2
of a bar of parafin wax
double boiler needed for dipping the chocolate

Step-By-Step

1Mix well in electric mixer till creamy,the butter,peanut butter and the 10 X sugar

2Chill.Form into eggs.

3REFRIGERATE UNTIL VERY FIRM

4Melt chocolate and wax together in top of double boiler,water not touching the top pot {SIMMER}{Or chocolate will seize up}

5Dip each egg and allow to drip off excess.

6Place on waxed paper and chill till chocolate hardens

7When hardened,store in airtight containers in refrigeratorNO PRESERVATIVES}

8These are SO good!ENJOY!
