Ingredients For muddy buddies aka puppy chow

9 ccrispix or corn chex cereal

1 cchocolate chips

1/2 cpeanut butter

1/4 cbutter

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make muddy buddies aka puppy chow

1Pour the cereal into a large bowl.

2Place the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a large bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, then stir. Microwave another minute and then stir until smooth.

3Stir the vanilla into the peanut butter/butter mixture. Pour over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.

4Put the powdered sugar in a large clean paper sack or plastic bag. Pour the coated cereal mix into the bag and shake it all up until evenly coated.
