i love ice cream, yogurt all dairy products.however they do not care for me.so when i was a member of weight watchers a few years ago this recipe was passed down by another member there.i loved it before i tried it,low points value,low calorie and i could enjoy it with no guilt or distress.kids will love this recipe as well. a wonderful treat i have shared and passed down countless times and its been a winner as well as a favorite of mine and my family.
1this recipe will make as many as about 14,for a whole box of chocolate graham crackers to as few as 1 treat.so you decide how many you wish to prepare
2take a whole graham cracker at a time,the whole cracker like it came out of the sleeve.dollop a soup spoon full of thawed cool whip onto the graham cracker. desired thickness or thinness is up top you.top with another chocolate graham cracker.
3make as many or as few in the same manner as you wish.when done wrap each individually in plastic wrap.put into freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or better yet overnight for best flavor.
