"In the good ole summertime" Lemonade popsicles

- 3/4 c
- organic cane sugar (more or less to taste ... i used 3/4 cup)
- 1 c
- 1 Tbsp
- brown rice syrup...can use corn syrup or simple syrup but this is much healthier
- 1 c
- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- zest of 2 lemons(optional....if using add with lemon juice , let sit a bit and strain out before pouring)
1Mix together water and sugar in saucepan. Heat to dissolve sugar and add syrup. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, let cool and add lemon juice.Mix well.
Pour into popsicle containers.Freeze 4 hours at least.
Delicious and refreshing..great for big kids too!!
