I am making new recipes every week for my protein bars instead of buying them at the store this is the recipe for this week 2/5/2012 they are wonderful!

Ingredients

1/4 c
better n peanut butter low sodium
1/4 c
justin's - organic classic peanut butter
1
mott's - applesauce natural (individual), 1 container
2 Tbsp
honey
2 scoop(s)
vanilla whey protein
1 c
udi's - gluten free cranberry granola
1/8 c
bob's red mill - almond meal/flour
2 Tbsp
milled golden flaxseed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine peanut butters, applesauce, and honey together in one bowl
2Combine all dry ingredients in seperate bowl(whey,almond flour.granola,flaxseed)
3combine dry ingredients to wet mixture
line a small 6x10 pan with partchment paper spread mixture out evenly and bake for 12-15 minutes till not gooey anymore cool before cutting makes 8 squares
