|5 lb||cheap hamburger meat|
|3 tsp||liqud smoke|
|2 tsp||garlic powder|
|3 tsp||mustard seed|
|3 tsp||coarse ground black pepper|
|3 tsp||whole black pepper|
|4 Tbsp||curing salt|
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover or wrap and put in refrigerator.
Knead for 5 minutes, everyday for 3 days. On the 4th day, make into 4 long rolls.
Bank in oven at 150 degrees for 9 hours.
