Method:

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
raw peanuts
1 c
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Throw your "raw" peanuts into a stock pot. Fill with water enough to cover peanuts. Stir in salt. The peanuts must be raw! If they're saltier then you like just add some water to tune that down some
2
That's it y'all! Bring your water to a boil. Once it's boiling turn to simmer and let it go for the rest of the day. I will replenish water periodically and bring back to a boil and simmer again.
3
It's best to start them early in the morning because to get them where they need to be you're gonna need some time! They are ideal when they are just firmer than cooked beans.
4
You can crack them open with your fingers or with your teeth. Suck that juice out and enjoy that peanut! Throw the shells out of course! ENJOY YALL!
