Ingredients For fudge

1 canevaporated milk normal size not the small one

1 1/2 lbsugar

4 ozbutter
-
2 tspvanilla extract

300 gwhite chocolate
How To Make fudge

1mix in a stainless steel pot (large) the butter, evaporated milk and the sugar until the sugar has dissolved (use a wooden spoon)stir all the time

2then bring to the boil

3turn down the heat to simmer continuing to stir for 20 mins

4take off the heat, break up the chocolate and add it to the mix add the vanilla extract and stir until well combined. at this stage you can add whatever you would like ie nuts cherries etc

5pour into a swiss roll tin which you have put grease-proof paper on and spread

6put into fridge for at least 2 hours overnight would be better
