I don't have a great story but this recipe came from my sister! So that's why I call it Freda's Mexican Corn Dip!
cream cheese, room temperature
carton sour cream
taco seasoning mix
mexican blend shredded cheese
black bean and white corn salsa
1Brown ground chuck, drain.
2Add taco seasoning and mix well.Pour this into a 9 x 13 dish.
3Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Pour over ground chuck.
4Then pour black bean and white corn salsa over that.
5Sprinkle the cheese over all.
6Add the jalapenos if desired.
7Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
