Ingredients

1/2 c each of the following: grated carrot, oats, raisins, wheat germ & sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp honey
6 Tbsp peanut butter (basically a heaping 1/3 cupful)

Combine all & roll into balls.

I like to throw everything in the food processor to make it easier.

Roll into tsp or tbsp size balls. Keep refrigerated or freeze & pull out as needed.

what kind of oats do you use? & do uou cook them first?

I use regular rolled oats, but you can use the quick oats if that is what you have already. No I do not cook them first.
