Simple little snack. Perfect for little hands.

Ingredients

1/2 c
each of the following: grated carrot, oats, raisins, wheat germ & sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp
honey
6 Tbsp
peanut butter (basically a heaping 1/3 cupful)

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all & roll into balls.

I like to throw everything in the food processor to make it easier.

Roll into tsp or tbsp size balls. Keep refrigerated or freeze & pull out as needed.

Thanks I always eat the old fashioned rolled kind, I think they taste better.

I use regular rolled oats, but you can use the quick oats if that is what you have already. No I do not cook them first.
