Everybody has there own special recipe for deviled eggs. This is my recipe for (4 eggs) eggs with a kick.Adjust ingredients for a dozen or more. I have served these many times at party's and various functions. No mater how many eggs I bring, the're never is enough!
Chopped chicken, ham or shrimp can be added if your taste buds run that way.
A great way to cart them around i is to crumple aluminum foil onto a large upside down box lid. Nestle your eggs in and cover with plastic wrap. This works every time for me,saves carting a dish back home.
Carrying 3-4 dozen eggs at a time becomes a snap

Ingredients

4
hard boiled eggs
1/8 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
cayenne
1 tsp
white vinegar
Tbsp
melted butter
dried parsley

Step-By-Step

1Hard boil your eggs.
When they are cold, shell and cut in half.
The egg yolks go into a bowl and mash them.
Save the whites onto a dish.
2In a bowl combine egg yolks, salt, dry mustard,
cayenne powder,vinegar, and melted butter.
Mish and mash all ingredients together.
3Take 1 heaping teaspoon of yolk mixture and
with your hands roll into a round ball,
the size of the original
yolk.
Put yolk ball into the egg white halves.
4Sprinkle tops with dried parsley.
Or a fresh tiny sprig of parsley on each egg..
These have a little kick...but oh so good.
Put in refrigerator to set up.
If you are counting...
there are only six on the plate.
I ate two..for a taste test. YUM!!
5A good recipe to use up all those
left over Easter Eggs!!
