frozen(thawed) whole kernel corn
Heat oven to 400*. Spray or grease muffin tins or use cupcake liners.
In medium bowl, beat milk, oil and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except corn just until flour is moistened. Fold in corn, Scoop in to muffin tins(12 -34 full).
Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack. Serve warm or cool.
