Hello Everyone, I found these in a magazine a while ago. I make these every year. My family just loved them. They was so excited about the colors. They all ate them up fast. Hope you Enjoy!

14 large
eggs, hard boiled
2 or 3 Tbsp
mustard
1 medium
onion
1 or 2 stick
celery stalk
1 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
salt and pepper
food coloring

vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Boil 14 eggs when they start to boil, let them boil for about 4 to 5 minutes. While the eggs are cooking go ahead and cut up your onion and celery into a bowl.
2
Cool your eggs, then peel them. Have 6 cups and your food coloring, put 1/2 cup of warm water and add 1 Tbs of vinerger, then put 2 to 3 drops of food coloring in. Put your peeled egg one at a time into your cups. Do 12 eggs. Leave 2 eggs for mixture.

Laura, I made these eggs tonight for Easter, Thank you for posting the recipe. I do have a question, did you use dry mustard or regular mustard, I used the dry, but wasn't sure if that was right.
