1There are so many directions to go when candying fruit, but the simplest is to cover the fruit of choice with a sweetener, in this case using coconut sugar for the citrus and honey for the cranberries are really good, and dehydrate until crystalized and chewy.

Beware, the citrus fruits made are addicting.
2Bananas can be left plain or be creative with sweeteners and cinnamon! Your choice!
