Ingredients

make or buy a pastry (pie) dough
1/2 c
raisins
1/4 c
finely chopped walnuts
1
egg beaten
1 c
brown sugar
1/3 c
butter
1/4 c
light corn syrup
3 Tbsp
cream or milk
1 Tbsp
vanilla

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Line miniature muffin pans with
pastry dough for shells.
Sprinkle raisins and walnuts into shells.
Beat egg, add brown sugar and butter, mix well, add corn syrup, milk, and vanilla. Mix again.
Pour into shells.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
