Ingredients

1 c
tomato vegetable juice
1/2 c
vodka
1 1/4 tsp
sea salt, divided use
1 1/4 tsp
black pepper, divided use
1 Tbsp
hot sauce
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp
olive oil
1 lb
beef skirt steak
2
celery stalks
1/2 c
sliced red onion
1/4 c
chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
grated horseradish
1/2 c
crumbled blue cheese
4
romaine lettuce leaves
8
pretzel slider rolls, split through middle, then halved

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Thoroughly mix tomato juice, vodka, 1-teaspoon salt, 1-teaspoon pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 4-tablespoon olive oil together in a large bowl. Add the flank steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
2
Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and wipe the excess liquid off with paper towels. Grill or pan sear both sides, then lower heat to medium and cook to medium rare.
3
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the celery, onions, parsley, vinegar, sour cream, horseradish and Blue Cheese.
4
Assemble each Steak Pretzel Blitz by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom of each roll. Top with steak slices and Blue Cheese Sauce and roll lid.
So fun for football lovers!
