- butterscotch hard candy
- clean jars
1Put 20 hard candys into each jar.
Pour vodka in one and brandy into other.
cover and shake. store in freezer.
2shake every few hours,This should be done for 12-24hrs.
next day strain both your jars and combine. Take large jar fill with 20 more candys and pour combined alcohol over.
3Again shake and store in freezer. 24 hrs later strain thru cheese cloth. You now have a sweet butterscotch schnapps to make cocktails, or use as extract in favorite recipes.
4Store in dark cool Place.
