Ingredients

4 oz
pecan halves (about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 large
egg white, lightly beaten

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350.
2In a large bowl, toss the pecans with the sugar, cayenne, melted butter and egg white.
3Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake, shaking and tossing 2 to 3 times during cooking, until pecans are golden brown, about 20 minutes altogether.
