i'm really not nuts about pecans, but these are very good and are a smash for parties. pretty easy too.
1Mix all the ingredients exept for pecans in saucepan. Cook until it forms a soft ball. (usually for me that's a medium heat rolling boil for 4 minutes.) Stir constantly.
2Remove from heat and add pecans. Stir with a fork to coat all pecans.
3Pour onto wax paper and separate with a fork.
