This is one my mom, Linda Whitehead, had published in a church cookbook. Once you start eating these it's very hard to stop.
1Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir well.
2Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fold into nut mixture until well coated.
3Bake on a buttered pan at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
