- orange, juice and rind
- 1 c

- pecan halves
1Squeeze orange and reserve juice in a heavy sauce pan. Grate rind and add to juice.
2Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil.
3Add nuts gradually, stirring contantly until sugar is absorbed.
4Remove from heat and continues to stir until nuts separate. Turn out onto waxed paper to dry.
