Old Fashioned Roasted Pecans

- 1 Tbsp

- 1/2 c

- ground cinnamon
1oven @ 225 degrees. lightly grease baking pan.
combine egg white and water in a mixing bowl; beat
until fluffy. Fold in pecans to coat evenly.
2In a shaker, combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Dust
pecans evenly with sugar mixture; spread nuts in
3Bake in preheated oven until toasted and fragrant
stirring every 15 minutes for about 1 hour.
Cool on pan and store in airtight container.
