Butterscotch Easter Nests
Lisa G. Sweet Pantry Gal
I got this recipe from a childrens cookbook. Original recipe called for peanutbutter chips, but we just love butterscotch. If anybody has peanut allergies you can leave out nuts. The salt or seasalt is a must for these sweet and salty treats.
2Combine nuts and chowmien noodles in bowl.
Pour butterscoth over noodle nut mixture and combine.
Form into 2inch nests. Spray hand with cooking spray so doesnt stick.
Place on waxed paper.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
