Uncle John's Spiced Crackers

We LOVE these super simple crackers! To keep them handy for snacking, I try to make them once a week. I use only 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper because we don't like them to be too spicy.

Ingredients

1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 pkg
ranch dressing mix
1 c
vegetable oil
1 box
whole grain saltines

Step-By-Step

1Open crackers into large, lidded container, such as a one gallon jar or a 32 cup bowl.

2Mix all spices and dressing mix together in a small bowl. Add oil and mix together.

3Pour spiced oil over crackers. Put lid on container and gently roll every 15 minutes for 2 hours to evenly coat crackers.

4Remove crackers to clean container. Will keep in air tight container for 6 weeks, but they'll be eaten before then!
