Ingredients For scalloped corn

14ritz crackers

1 slicebread, white, torn into pieces

3 Tbspbutter, unsalted, melted

2 - 3 bagscorn, frozen, thawed

1 1/4 chalf & half
-
1 1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make scalloped corn

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. A.djust oven rack to middle position. Spray 8" square baking dish with cooking spray

2Place crackers, bread & butter in a food processor until coarsely ground.

3In a large saucepan, bring corn, half & half, salt & pepper to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low & simmer, covered until corn is tender, 20 - 30 minutes.

4Puree 2 C corn mixture in blender or food processor until thick & smooth. Return puree to cooked corn & stir to combine.

5Transfer corn mixture to prepared dish. Top with crumb mixture & bake until golden brown, 7 - 10 minutes.
