Amy's Notes:

This recipe is a great quick snack or appetizer. Perfect for kids!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cooking spray on a baking sheet.

Arrange crackers on baking sheet.

Cut slices of mozzarella cheese into quarters. Place a quarter slice of cheese on each cracker.

Place one-two pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

do you serve these ho or are hey good cold also

I have always served them hot, but that is a matter of taste. If you like cold pizza, then try them cold.
