Ingredients

graham cracker, separated into two squares
2 Tbsp
ricotta cheese
2 tsp
all-fruit spread(cherry, blueberry, blackberry-your favorite)

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread the ricotta on graham cracker halves. Top with fruit spread.(My favorite is the Organic Super-Fruit Spread from Trader Joes!)

*tip: this is great as is, but if you find you want it a little sweeter, you can stir a little bit of honey into the ricotta before spreading.
