Ingredients For horseradish cheddar cheese ball

8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

3/4 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

3 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated

2 Tbspprepared horseradish (not creamy)

2 Tbspparsley
-
1 1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
kosher salt & pepper, to taste

3 slicebacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
-
1/3 cwalnuts, chopped & toasted
- SERVE WITH:

crackers, assorted

vegetables, assorted
How To Make horseradish cheddar cheese ball

1Mix cheeses, onion, horseradish, 1 tbsp parsley, worcestershire, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until evenly combined.

2Form the cheese mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap & chill until firm & flavors marry together, 8 hours or overnight.

3Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator up to 30 minutes before serving.

4Mix bacon with the nuts & remaining parsley in a shallow bowl.

5Roll cheese ball in the bacon/nut mixture so that it's coated evenly. Serve with crackers & vegetables.
