Ingredients For horseradish cheddar cheese ball

  • 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish (not creamy)
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • kosher salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 1/3 c
    walnuts, chopped & toasted
  • SERVE WITH:
  • crackers, assorted
  • vegetables, assorted

How To Make horseradish cheddar cheese ball

    Mix cheeses, onion, horseradish, 1 tbsp parsley, worcestershire, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until evenly combined.

    Form the cheese mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap & chill until firm & flavors marry together, 8 hours or overnight.

    Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator up to 30 minutes before serving.

    Mix bacon with the nuts & remaining parsley in a shallow bowl.

    Roll cheese ball in the bacon/nut mixture so that it's coated evenly. Serve with crackers & vegetables.
