Ingredients For hg freezy tart peach-cobbler squares

  • 1/3 c
    peach slices packed in juice (about 4 slices), drained and blotted dry
  • 1/4 c
    cool whip free
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 sheets
    (8 crackers) low-fat cinnamon graham crackers, broken into 4 squares

    Place drained peach slices, Cool Whip, cinnamon, and sweetener in a small blender or food processor. Pulse until mostly smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and freeze until slightly firm, about 20 minutes. Lightly stir and evenly divide mixture between 2 graham cracker squares. Gently top each with one of the remaining squares. Freeze until filling is firm, at least 1 hour. Yum!
