Halloween cuisine is all about presentation. A few simple ingredients and a head or skull is all you need.

a plastic head or skull
cream cheese
lunch meat of your choice
bbq sauce or cranberry sauce optional

1Find a plastic skull or head. Spread cream cheese over all but the eyes and mouth. You can use BBQ sauce or cranberry sauce if you want a bloody effect in place of the cream cheese, but I prefer the taste of cream cheese with the meat.
2For the lunch meat, ham is my favorite due to the flesh tones. (ewww, I know! that is the point here) :) Beef would be a good alternative as well but any meat will work.
Slice pieces of meat and wrap over cream cheese covered head. Make sure not to cover the eyes or mouth area.
3Great centerpiece to any Halloween bash!
