Chipotle Chicken Salad

I was hungry and wanted chicken salad, but not the same as usual. We like anything spicy and this is the recipe. Can be eaten on crackers or as a sandwich, or stuffed in an avocado!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cooked chicken breast
1 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
1
small jalapeno pepper, sliced thin
2 Tbsp
chopped green onion
1/2 tsp
lime juice
2 tsp
mrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning
2 tsp
your favorite salsa
2 sprig(s)
cilantro, fresh, just leaves

Step-By-Step

1Drain a 10oz can of chicken breast, save broth for another use.
2Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix just breaking up chicken to small pieces for sandwiches or even smaller for crackers.
3Use cilantro leaves as a garnish or chop and add to salad.
4If you like jalapeƱos but not the intense heat, clean and discard ribs and seeds. Use gloves when working with hot peppers.
