This is a healthy snack that will lower your blood pressure, boost your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. Cut out the salt or use a sodium substitute and make it low sodium heart healthy snack.
I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.

Ingredients

1 medium
zucchini or summer squash
1 Tbs
olive or refined coconut oil
To Taste
tellicherry black pepper & sea salt
To Taste
paprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 450.
Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!

Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.

Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.

Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
