Salted Naan Crisps
These are great for dipping in hummus.
- 2 medium
- naan breads
- 1/2 c
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- smoked salt
- ground cumin
- toasted sesame seeds
- ground coriander
1Preheat oven to 375F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2Brush both sides of naan breads with olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on one side of each bread. (mix and match)
3Using a pizza cutter, cut each bread into 8 wedges. Place wedges onto prepared baking sheets.
4Bake 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
