Kicked Up Potato Chips

- 1 large
- bag kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1/2 c
- parmigiano-reggiano, grated very fine
- 1/4 tsp
- paprika, sweet mild
- 1/2 tsp
- cayenne pepper
1To make, spread potato chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until oil appears, 6 to 7 minutes.
2Meanwhile, mix together Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Remove chips from oven, and immediately sprinkle with cheese mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
3If paprika, Parmesan and cayenne isn't your thing, I encourage you to select a spice that you like and make your own mixture to top the chips. Here are some ideas for spices, cheese and other mix-ins that you can consider to give these chips a different spin.
