Ingredients

bunch washed kale
olive oil, extra virgin
sea salt

Step-By-Step

1Preheat your oven to 275
2Cut out the centre stems of all kale leaves. Tear leaves apart and put into a bowl.
3Drizzle some olive oil and add some sea salt, then toss to lightly coat.
4Place on baking sheet. Put in oven for about 20 minutes or until leaves have crisped up.
