    chunky blue cheese dressing,divided
  • 1/2 c
    wing sauce
  • 1/2 c
    whipped cream cheese

    leftover breaded chicken wings,remove the bones
  • 1
    (13 ounce) package white corn tortilla chips
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 3/4 c
    diced red onion
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno slices
  • 4 oz
    precooked bacon,crumbled
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 1 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilanto

How To Make buffalo chicken nachos

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Line a large,rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

    Mix about 1 cup blue cheese dressing,wing sauce and cream cheese in a bowl until well blended.Add deboned chicken wings;toss to coat.

    Spread tortilla chips evenly over prepared baking sheet.Sprinkle celery,onion and jalapenos over chips.Spread chicken mixture over vegetables and top with crumbled bacon.

    Combine mexican cheese blend,monterey jack and blue cheese in a bowl,sprinkle evenly over chicken and tortilla chip mixture.
