Baked Zucchini Chips
Remember wash , cut off ends , but do not peel and slice as thin as a quarter.
I have no idea where I got this recipe- but my best guess is Taste of Home- not sure.
Lay slices on prepared paper lined and sprayed pan.
Spray tops with oil.
Sprinkle with seasoning of choice, not too much as vegetables shrink and too much gets concentrated on the veggie.
Eat within a few hours of taking them from the oven- as they get chewy if left out- unless you want to re-crisp them in the oven.
