My neighbor Susie, who according to my grand daughter has the most awesome garden had sent over some zuchinni and tomatoes so me and my grand daughter decided to use them for dinner that night.

1 box
bowtie pasta
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes or 3 fresh diced tomatoes
3 or 4
zuchinni, sliced then quartered
1 tsp
basil, dried
1 pkg
sazon seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp
olive oil
3 Tbsp
parmesan cheese grated
mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

cook pasta according to directions, drain , rinse and set aside.
heat olive oil in a pan then add chopped zuchinni, and cook a few minutes, add basil, sazon, salt & pepper.
cook until zuchinni is tender but not mush.
add tomatoes and cook about 5 to 10 minutes, add butter and cook a few minutes longer, the butter thickens the sauce.
add pasta and mix well.
serve with a little parmesan and or mozzarella cheese

I will have to try it with some thyme, I have a jar but it's kinda old, my father had grown it and I've been keeping it as a keepsake, (he passed 6yrs ago). I really do need to pick some up or grow some to use LOL . I'm glad you liked it, it's something we enjoy quite often.
