thinly sliced zucchini
pkg. of crescent rolls
Saute zucchini and onions in butter for 10 minutes or until soft.
Add salt, pepper and oregano. Remove from heat and stir to cool (about 10 minutes).
Press crescent dough onto bottom of 9x13 pan.
Pour mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 mins., or until lightly browned on top.
