I first saw this recipe on the Racheal Ray show. And she was raving about it and I thought sure it's cauliflower it can't be that good. But decided to try it. And oh my was I surprised how good it is. Forgive me Racheal for doubting your word. Try it and let me know if you're a believer.

Ingredients For yes it's cauliflower

    head of fresh cauliflower
  • 1-2
    swirls of olive oil
  • 1 dash
    sea salt
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1 dash
    garlic salt or powder

How To Make yes it's cauliflower

    Chop up a head of cauliflower or just as much as you want for a smaller serving.

    Sprinkle olive oil across a baking pan. Dump chopped cauliflower onto pan. Sprinkle olive oil lightly over. Sprinkle sea salt over then pepper, and I like to add alittle garlic salt or powder. Go easy if you do garlic salt remember you just added sea salt. You don't want it too salty.

    Heat oven to 350. Bake for 20-24 minutes. You want it lightly brown and crunchy. Serve hot. It's wonderful. And so good for you.
