1/2 ccranberries, coarsely chopped

1/2 tspsalt

pinchpepper

1 Tbspbutter, melted

1 dashnutmeg
How To Make winter squash with cranberries

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Thaw winter squash if frozen.

3Combine with egg.

4Stir in cranberries, salt and pepper.

5Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

6Drizzle melted butter over top.

7Sprinkle with nutmeg.

8Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
