Ingredients

½ c
(about 12) triscuit crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 pkg
(16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, and carrots or cauliflower), thawed and drained
1 can(s)
(8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
½ c
sour cream
½ c
shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/3 c
chopped onions

Step-By-Step

1Mix cracker crumbs and butter until completely blended.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-qt. casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture.

3Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated.

4Serve as a side dish with any meat of your choice.
