Ingredients

10 oz boxes frozen spinach,thrawed and drained
2 c
low-fat 1% cottage cheese
1 1/2 c
grated fat free chedder cheese
3 large
eggs
1/4 c
flour
4 Tbsp
(1/4 cup) light,soft tub margarine, melted

Step-By-Step

1Mix togeher all ingredients.

2Pour into a slow cooker

3Cook on High for 1 hour, Reduce heat to Low and cook 4 more hours.
